The Camcorder Collection

There’s something about camcorder footage that feels different. It’s handheld, immediate, and a little imperfect in the best way. Where my cinema cameras create a polished, cinematic look, the camcorder feels like an old home movie: the people, the voices, and the little moments you might otherwise forget.

You can bring that feeling into your wedding film in two ways.

Guest Cam

Give the camcorder to one or two guests, or pass it around throughout the day. Because the person holding it is someone your friends and family already know, they can capture moments I might never get as the professional behind the camera: a message meant just for you, a joke between friends, or the view from the middle of the dance floor.

I’ll weave the best Guest Cam moments into your highlight film, and you’ll also receive all the footage your guests recorded in full.

Guest Cam is in your guests’ hands, so the footage will depend on what they choose to film, how they film it, and how often they pick up the camera. That spontaneity is part of its charm.

Home Movie Film

For the home movie feeling with professional coverage, I’ll shoot your wedding on the camcorder and edit it into a 10–20 minute Home Movie Film. You get the relaxed, nostalgic look of the camcorder, with someone behind it who knows how to follow the day, find the moments, and bring them together into a film.

This is a different experience from my polished cinema camera films. It’s longer, more lived-in, and made for sitting down together and reliving the day.
